NCH is undergoing a transformation programme, carrying out service reviews across operational and support workstreams.
Reviews targeting cost, quality and performance - improving the provision of service to our tenants.

We require a software solution which will assist in the determination of optimal resources to deliver workload. The output will be used to support business cases for change and will be subject to robust challenge and scrutiny. They will therefore need to demonstrate and confirm the results and provide “what-if” scenario modelling.
